Refunds
Our full refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, we’ll need to collect your feedback for future improvements. Tell us what went wrong so we can evolve.
Refunds are gladly issued for technical reasons. If the site isn’t working for your computer or brain, let us know.
Memberships are not eligible for refunds. Once you have entered the closed-door community, we ask that you don’t cut and run with the vulnerable personal information shared by others.
Scholarship- and gift-granted courses are not eligible for refunds.
Courses completed beyond 75% are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are not available in response to reactionary events. We ask that members and course participants are ready to commit to learning and growth, with recognition that ‘triggerings’ are to be expected in the healing process. The free course options act as course trials and ice breakers, so you can determine if we’re well-aligned with your perspective, goals, and window of tolerance before you commit.
** Exceptions always exist, and we realize every being has limited control over universal events and obstacles. Contact us if unforeseen circumstances have impacted your ability to “do the work” or engage in the community safely at this time. We will work with you, wherever you’re at. **
Issues receiving your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
